If your company is interested in being a USSSA bat or ball licensee, please contact USSSA at bat.licensing@usssa.com no later than July 1 of the year preceding the year in which you would like to become a Licensee. The process of becoming a USSSA bat or ball Licensee is rather complex and requires a substantial financial and time commitment on the part of the Licensee and you should expect to spend at least several months familiarizing yourself with the USSSA rules and regulations for Licensees and their products before you should even begin to consider actually producing USSSA licensed bats or balls or executing a USSSA licensing agreement.
