If your company is interested in being a USSSA bat or ball licensee, please contact USSSA at USSSA.Licensing@usssa.org no later than July 1 of the year preceding the year in which you would like to become a Licensee. The process of becoming a USSSA bat or ball Licensee is complex and requires a substantial commitment by the Licensee. It is expected to spend at least several months familiarizing yourself with the USSSA rules and regulations for Licensees and their products before considering producing USSSA licensed bats or balls or executing a USSSA licensing agreement.
