Donny is originally from Sterling Heights, MI where he played three years of baseball at Eastern Michigan University (1994-1996). While there he was MAC Freshman of the Year and the all time career leader in batting average at .378.  After a successful college career, Donny was drafted in the 20th round by The Detroit Tigers where he spent 3 years in pro baseball. He has been organizing USSSA baseball events since 1998 and is now an Assistant Executive Director of USSSA. He has been a part of the USSSA Elite World Series since its inception and currently works at USSSA National Headquarters in Kissimmee, FL.

Jacki is a Baseball Operations Manager for the All-American Program from the USSSA National Headquarters in Viera, FL.  She is a native of Fredericktown, Ohio where she attended Ohio University (OU) on a Division I Track scholarship.  While a member of the Women’s Track team she won the MAC Javelin event her sophomore year and helped her team go undefeated in competitions to win the Conference Championship.  While attending OU, she earned her bachelors and masters degrees in Science and Mathematics.  She migrated to North Carolina directly out of college to teach Middle School Math and Science for 17 years.  It was during this time that she began working with the USSSA Baseball program as a Local Director, Regional Director and as an Administrative Assistant to the State Director for a combined total of 15 years.  She is no stranger to national events though, having spent the last 10 years working side by side with Matt Trebuchon, Sr. VP of USSSA, as an Assistant Tournament Director for the Elite World Series.  Jacki was awarded the Assistant Executive Director Award for Outstanding Service as a Director at the 2016 USSSA National Convention.

Tony Harper is a USSSA Baseball Operations Manager for the USSSA All American Program. Being no stranger to the USSSA organization, Tony has been involved with USSSA as a Tournament Director in Georgia and a Field Coordinator for the Elite World Series.  From playing ball at a very young age and continuing on as a youth travel ball coach, this has led him to his passion of traveling across the country for USSSA Baseball. Tony is a graduate from the University of West Georgia where he graduated with a degree in Sport Management and minor in Management.

Dan Stone is the Lead Scout for the USSSA All American program. Having played travel ball from the age of 7 to 18, Dan is no stranger to USSSA baseball.  He has participated in showcase events traveling across the country during his High School career.  During this time, he also played Elite Baseball and was a southpaw pitcher earning a Division I Baseball scholarship to play at Savannah State University in Georgia.

John Madden is a current USSSA All American Scout as well as creator of the World’s #1 instructional YouTube channel.  John earned All-SEC, All-American, different relief pitching awards, and set numerous records while attending Auburn University.  Although he was at the top of his game during his Senior season at AU, nothing compared to the feeling he had on draft day in June 2005. He was drafted in the 8th round by the San Diego Padres. After 6 years with the Padres, his contract was purchased and he finished his professional career in the New York Mets organization.  This is John’s 3rd season with the All American Program.

Nick Shaw is a current USSSA All American Scout and the founder of a baseball subscription box company, The Batter’s Box. His playing experience includes being a four-year starter at Barry University from 2007 to 2010. His accolades during his time at Barry include being presented a Gold Glove Award, named as an All-American twice, and named as an All-Conference player three years. His childhood dream came to fruition in 2010 when he was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 25th round of the MLB Draft. Nick decided, after 7 professional seasons within the Brewers’ organization, to hang up the spikes and retire.  This has allowed him to shift his focus on helping youth ball players accomplish their dreams. This is Nick’s first season with the All American Program.
