USSSA Baseball | Disallowed Bats Update

As a result of a failed BPF test in the formal USSSA policing round of baseball bat testing performed in the past week at the USSSA approved Lab for BPF testing, effective immediately:

Dirty South Bat Company

The Dirty South Bat Company, LLC has withdrawn its Kamo Model BB KA 8 (30/22, 31/21, 32/22, 31/23, 32/24 only – pictures shown below) from USSSA sanctioned play.  Dirty South will work with the USSSA approved Lab to review the test results and the BPF compliance of this Model to determine if this withdrawal will be permanent.  All customer inquiries should be directed to info@dirtysouthbats.com

Wilson/DeMarini

The Wilson Sporting Goods Company/DeMarini baseball bat Model 2¾” DeMarini 2018 CF Zen CBZ (32/-10 and 31/-10 only) have been suspended from USSSA sanctioned play.  Wilson will have the opportunity to prove that this suspension should be lifted.  If so proven for either Model to the satisfaction of USSSA, such Model would be removed from the disallowed list.
